If additional cleaning is required beyond our standard service, an extra cleaning fee may apply. However if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish some things, like paper products. ^During your stay the pool cleaner, lawn caretaker, or someone else may be on site to perform their tasks or take bins down to the street. After booking, see house manual for details on expected days. ^Driveway parking for 6 cars. Some street parking also available. ^We are not in a flood hazard area and as such there will be no modifications or cancellations allowed outside of the free cancellation period, regardless of weather or hurricanes.
